FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is ESTIQUO?

ESTIQUO is a controlled workspace for specialist contracting teams to prepare technical offers, manage commercial inputs, control approvals, and generate coordinated outputs from one offer record.

Who is ESTIQUO designed for?

It is built for teams managing complex technical and commercial offers where scope, equipment, commercial review, approvals, and client documents must remain connected.

Can our company keep its own library, commercial values, and product information?

Yes. Company-specific commercial values, descriptions, suppliers, internal notes, and commercial preferences remain private to your company. ESTIQUO connects governed Core technical knowledge with your company’s own internal context.

Is our company’s information kept separate?

Yes. Each company works in its own controlled workspace. Users, commercial data, internal library context, branding, and outputs remain company-scoped.

What outputs can ESTIQUO generate?

ESTIQUO can generate Financial Offers, Technical Offers, Datasheet/Submittal documents, and structured Excel exports from the same approved offer data. For applicable project areas, hydraulic calculations remain linked to the Technical Offer rather than existing as a disconnected calculator.

How do hydraulic calculations work in ESTIQUO?

For applicable pool, fountain, and water-feature projects, hydraulic calculations are linked to the relevant project area. Engineers enter route flow, pipe data, fittings, static and residual head, and applicable equipment losses.

What does the hydraulic workflow produce?

ESTIQUO separates suction and discharge routes, validates velocity against the selected route limits, calculates friction using the Hazen–Williams method, and builds total head with the engineer’s safety factor. When Hydraulic Calculation Required is enabled for an area, the calculation can be included in the Technical Offer.

How are approvals and revisions controlled?

Offer status, submissions, returns, approvals, and version history remain connected to the same project and offer record, so teams work from a visible and controlled state.

Which ESTIQUO plan is right for our company?

Workspace is for controlled offer preparation. Engineering adds area-linked hydraulic calculations. Control adds wider management visibility, reporting, version comparison, and stronger company governance. Final company scope is confirmed during onboarding.

What happens after we register our company?

Registration starts the company onboarding process. Your workspace is activated after company setup and access requirements are reviewed and confirmed.
